If you have a queasy feeling, this module is the right one for you. Both are inevitable when working with people. Avoiding both will not lead to your desired results as a leader. Neither will praising and rewarding your employees, nor the opposite, punishing them in any way. However, these are still common management methods (incentives, bonus payments etc.)
What if less leading and more steering leads to desired results, i.e. an appreciative communication culture, free from fear and pressure, and to desired financial results?
